Espial Services, Inc., was founded by company president Bill McCormick in April, 2003, to provide acquisition program management support to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at MacDill AFB, Florida. Espial has expertise in intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) programs, intelligence services support, ISR systems and products. Espial specializes in systems engineering, intelligence surveillance & reconnaissance (ISR) and technical assistance to the Department of Defense. Espial also provide intelligence support to special operations forces and to the Multi-National Forces Iraq (MNF-I).
